This site has been started to help get a petition signed to give to the Campbell County Board of Education.  Mr. Bruce deserves this honor and deserves more from the Campbell County School Board than to pass over listening to our students.  Without these students .. we wouldnt need a board .. LISTEN to what they want and need!!! 

My name is Tammiann Conner and I am the mother of Daniel Norton aka D-NO, whose a Senior at CCHS and a football player #33.  My daughter graduated this past May from CCHS and is now a college student at Roane State with the plan of becoming a teacher.  And of course everyone knows ASHBY .. she cheers for her big brother at all the CCHS football games and has many friends!!!  I am so proud of my children and I am pleased to know they are both going to work to become teachers and will most likely come back to Campbell County to teach.  So many teachers have had such a positive influence on them, Mr. Bruce being one of them.  They both know there is still much work to be done as Mr. Bruce was not finished at CCHS because I know he still had changes in mind.  Hopefully our future teachers and administrators will carry on what Mr. Bruce wanted.
